Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure and Connectivity Management

  • Monitors, administers, and maintains organizational IT infrastructure, including servers, network appliances, peripherals, connectivity, and related devices.
  • Provides and updates organizational network designs and capacity planning.
  • Monitors the overall status of on premise and cloud-based servers and systems, their capacity, storage planning, and database performance.
  • Performs diagnosis and provides technical support, testing, and solutions for network and infrastructure-related concerns, including updates, upgrades, and other related configurations.
  • Efficiently monitor and maintain office internet connectivity to ensure continuous availability and optimize its performance.
  • Efficiently monitor the application hosting services, ensuring uninterrupted high-availability and optimizing performance.

Network Security, Cybersecurity and Disaster Recovery

  • Manages user permissions and access levels to network systems, devices, connectivity, and other related security policies.
  • Manages and monitors security solutions, including system firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Performs security updates, upgrades, and other related security configurations, as needed.
  • Perform regular simulations and restoration of backups to ensure data integrity, including the conduct of Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) drills to maintain situational readiness.

Messaging and Call Center Support

  • Administer and manage PHLO distribution/mailing lists.
  • Provide technical support as level 2 in resolving messaging related concerns.
  • Coordinate and escalate concerns to the Global Messaging team for needed administrative authority escalation.
  • Manage, monitor, and administer Voice over IP (VOIP) systems, including telephony and call centers, encompassing user management, system functionalities, infrastructure, and troubleshooting.

Technology Evaluation, Organizational Reporting and Planning

  • Evaluate new operating and networking systems, servers, data software, cloud solutions, hardware, methods, and techniques to enhance system reliability and performance.
  • Plan and coordinate the migration to new technologies and recommend solutions to meet technology needs.
  • Actively participate in the development of standards and policies for business process requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of long-term plans, goals, and objectives aligned with technology priorities.

Organizational Contribution

  • Regularly attend Corporate and Team devotion and prayer as part of staff spiritual nurturing.
  • Participate in meetings and events such as team and organizational, as necessary.
  • Timely submit Performance Agreements that includes Individual Learning and Development Plan and staff spiritual nurture plan, and Annual Performance Reviews.
  • Support emergency response, as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or broad knowledge of computer science field.
  • At least 5 years’ broad and deep experience in information technology specifically as a Network Administrator or similar role.
  • High level of knowledge and familiarity in TCP-IP and Network Design (VLANS, Load Balancing, etc.).
  • Knowledge in email systems implementation and deployment.
  • Knowledge in on-prem and cloud-based technologies and their related challenges and migration strategies.
  • Adept in Active Directory and LDAP Technologies.
  • Familiarity with VOIP (Avaya) technologies and applications.
  • Certifications on Server Administration, Email Management, Networking and Cloud Computing.
  • Cybersecurity Certification a plus.
  • Proficiency in providing first and second line support and working with customers to diagnose and solve technical issues.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, network devices and servers is expected.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge in network, system and server (ex. Linux, Windows, etc.) administration.
  • Experience in developing and updating technical documentation, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Willing to travel in WV area programs covered areas.
