ManTech is looking for a highly motivated and qualified Cyber Operations Lead, Ft Meade/NBP.  The ideal candidate will perform as and manage the full spectrum of systems engineering tasks to include requirements analysis, feature, system and interface design, system integration, system testing, as well as working with the modeling team in support of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and all associated documentation. 

 

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Overseeing and directing the planning, resourcing, and delivery of multiple cyber operations projects across geographically dispersed mission sets. 

  • Providing guidance and leadership to a team of cyber operators to ensure high performance and adherence to quality standards, ultimately delivering mission outcomes. 

  • Developing cybersecurity strategies that align with business objectives. Furthermore, they will possess the ability to provide technology leadership and guidance on cybersecurity technologies and practices within a large, multi-tenant organization. 

  • Playing a critical role in policy and compliance oversight, taking the lead in incident response planning. 

  • Assessing information network threats such as computer viruses, exploits, and malicious attacks. 

  • Managing dispersed teams both within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS) will be essential. 

  • A proven track record of continuous resource and personnel development through research, training, education, and implementing continuous improvement strategies to effectively adapt to emerging cyber threats and technologies. 

Minimum qualifications: 

  • Holds a bachelor's degree in STEM field. 

  • Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Secret Compartmented Information (SCI) at time of proposal submission. 

  • Minimum five (5) years in last ten years of hands-on experience leading and managing large complex cyber operations program. Experience performing vulnerability threat analysis on information networks. 
    Experience with identifying mitigation strategies related to possible cyber related threats on systems

Preferred qualifications: 

  • Experience in achieving Authority To Operate (ATO) and Continuous ATO (cATO). 

  • Current Cyber related certification (offensive, defensive, etc.).  

  • Twelve (12) years of hands-on experience leading and managing large complex cyber operations program. 

Security clearance requirement: 

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI and be willing to obtain a polygraph.   

Physical requirements: 

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time. 

  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel. 

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer.
