Overview of the job

The PrIME Security and Compliance Application Manager ensures value protection of the PrIME Warehousing Management Solution. You will be expected to qualify and assess impact of industry and P&G standard policies and standards on the application. You will also be responsible for conducting internal and external audits of the application and communicating and remediating issues and findings.

Your team

You will report to the PrIME Platform Manager within the GBS OSS Warehousing Team. You will also be closely collaborating with a global team that will help you grow both your business and technical capabilities.

How success looks like

• You have the ability to understand and translate security and compliance requirements from a business to technical perspective and vice versa, ensuring clear requirements are set with technical delivery teams, external software vendors, and upper management.
• Able to assess risk and drive projects to qualify and deploy any gaps between the application and industry and P&G standards and policies.
• Able to proactively identify any gaps or areas for improvement to continually enhance the security posture and compliance status of the application.

Responsibilities of the role

• Determine and assess impact of P&G standard policies and standards on the application. In coordination with the Technical Information Security Leader, assess the risk and document exception requests as needed.
• Qualify and design changes to the application to ensure 100% compliance with P&G standard policies and standards. Document the deployment package and transition the process to service operations.
• Train and communicate all changes to application configuration or processes to the key users.
• Identify and understand the overall role governance and access management design. Determine opportunities for improvement.
• Understand and identify access management process and practices across the  application. Determine opportunities for improvement.
• Lead all application internal audits. Document and close out 100% of all findings from the audit.
• Support the annual Control Self Assessments (CSAs) and the external audit
• Ensure all compliance processes are being followed, such as but not limited to: conflicting capabilities, access management processes, records retention, etc.
• Monitor all application compliance tools to ensure 100% uptime and 0 data loss
• Update and close out all outstanding application compliance issues
• Document and communicate all findings and issues with corresponding risk assessment to leadership
• Support security business needs through coordination with the application business process experts

Job Qualifications

Role Requirements

• 2+ years of experience within the security and compliance or application management space
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science or relevant disciplines
• Strong IT fundamentals within the Application Management, Project Management, Security, and Operations domains.
• Excellent managerial and communication skills to effectively manage a wide variety of different projects, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Proficiency with Azure Logic Apps, SQL, Oracle, and Python are preferred.
