We are looking for an Information Security Manager (f/m/d), responsible for further developing and implementing robust security measures and serving as the main point of contact for internal and external auditors.

What you will do

  • You will further develop the existing management systems and take responsibility for the IT security processes
  • You will recommend and develop measures to ensure compliance with ISO 27001 as well as other applicable information security requirements and frameworks
  • You will be the main contact person for internal and external auditors and support the audits from an applike group perspective
  • You will help our different ventures build compliant & reliable security processes and you are responsible for documenting the processes
  • You will be responsible for planning, conducting, and evaluating internal (risk) analyses and derive measures if necessary
  • You will act as the major point of contact for internal and external information security issues
  • You will plan measures to raise awareness among the staff, conduct specific training sessions, and monitor progress
  • You will further develop the incident management process, including the development of preventive measures
  • You will select and implement new tools to manage different processes and help to train the staff how to use them properly
  • You will work closely with the operational IT team to ensure state-of-the-art and secure IT landscape

Who you are:

  • You have successfully completed your studies, ideally in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
  • You are able to communicate fluently in German and in English with internal and external partners, and you have a conscientious work style
  • You have a genuine passion for technology and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • You have practical experience in the fields of information security, or information technology with a focus on IT governance
  • You are able to understand technical topics quickly and you can improve processes based on your analysis
  • You love to find a good trade-off between business needs, compliance requirements, and corporate standards and thus deliver convincing results
  • You appreciate an international environment, and a motivated team and you have a passion for your work
