About the team

An entirely new Security Risk & Governance team for Worldpay, this will be a global team comprised of about 12 people.

As a trusted payments partner, we provide simple, powerful commerce experiences to merchants and enterprises doing business across borders and channels.

What you will own

We are looking for a dedicated IT Security Risk Analyst to join our team and assist in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of IT security risks within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT security risk analysis and a passion for safeguarding our organization's digital assets. The role will support enterprise risk management programs, and certifications including PCI DSS and ISO 27001.

Responsibilities:

• Manage governance and policy exception processes, including reviewing employee requests for additional access (network/web/software/dlp etc).
• Operate IT security risk management strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats to our IT infrastructure and systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate the impact of identified risks and develop appropriate risk mitigation plans.
• Produce, monitor, and analyze security metrics to proactively identify and address emerging risks.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest IT security trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on security risk management principles and practices.
• Liaise with external partners and vendors on IT security risk-related matters.
• Prepare and present reports to management on the status of IT security risk management initiatives.

You will own it in our Vibrant Office Locations as Bangalore/Pune/Indore hub.

What you bring:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field, or the combination of demonstrable relevant experience and skills.
• Have, or be working towards, one or more certifications such as, CISSP, CRISC, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
• Experience in Financial Services or other regulated environments.
• Applied knowledge of security risk frameworks, for example, ISO 27001, NIST Cyber Security Framework, CIS Controls and Cloud Controls Matrix.
• Understanding of quantitative risk management models, for example, FAIR.
• In-depth knowledge of IT security principles, practices, and technologies.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
