Job Summary

Your role at CDW is of the utmost importance to the company’s mission, objectives and reputation. As the Global Architect, you will partner with the business and the Global Information Security Team to ensure alignment on modern cybersecurity design patterns and solutions. This role is part of the Business Information Security Office and will dealing directly with business partners.

What we expect of you:

· Evangelize the Global Information Security standard architecture design model to business units.

· Identify opportunities within the business units where architecture is not to standard and provide a clear roadmap and prioritization for the business units to be aligned.

· Develop and execute a unified cybersecurity operating model strategy across Services technology and business ecosystems, ensuring scalability, repeatability and high confidence cyber readiness.

· Drive cloud security strategy and architecture throughout the business.

· Assess and Recommend Enhancements: Drive and manage an ongoing assessment process to identify and recommend opportunities to accelerate CDW’s global information security maturity, implementing innovative enhancements to stay ahead of cyber threats.

What you will do:

· Liaison with business partners to drive security architecture principles.

· Develop a roadmap to align business units to Global Standards.

· Influence opportunities for standards to be improved.

What we expect of you:

· 10+ years of experience in information security domains including Information Protection, Cloud Security, Networking Security, Automation and Logging and Monitoring.

· We value experience, skills, drive, aptitude and attitude over university degrees and certifications.

· Experience in managing cybersecurity in a distributed environment.

· Proven ability to develop and implement security metrics and reporting mechanisms.

· Excellent communications skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different levels and functions.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing security issues.

· Willingness to be a hands-on, player-coach
