YOUR ROLE

 

As part of the Edenred Global IT compliance & Security team (lead by the Global Chief Information Security Officer), this new position will be reinforcing the currently existing operations on Crisis Management pillar. The pillar is composed of 2 main projects. One of the projects is following the development and implementation through different stages of the Crisis Management Framework.

The second one is focusing on deployment and maintenance of the Crisis Alerting Tool at global level.

 

The IT Security Operations team works with all stakeholders, Business and IT, in order to lead the Crisis Management, acts as an internal security advisor and partner for all changes and evolutions related to Information Security and major incident intervention.

 

The IT Crisis Management Expert will be reporting directly to the Global Head of Security Operations.

Position SCOPE & Key Responsibilities :

 

As the Cybersecurity Crisis Management Expert, your role involves multiple interactions with other specialists, top management and business stakeholders.

You will work closely with our Information Security, Physical Security, Data Protection and Human Resource teams, as well as external parties, to maintain and develop the IT Crisis Management Framework.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain, develop, and implement crisis management policies, procedures and plans in accordance with industry standards, best practices and specific needs of Edenred.

Coordinate with various stakeholders, including IT, legal, public relations, and human resources, to ensure holistic response during a cybersecurity crisis.

Conduct or supervise regular simulations and drills to test and improve the effectiveness of the crisis management plan.

Provide awareness material, trainings, and guidance to all stakeholders on crisis management.

Monitor and analyze potential cybersecurity threats and risks and propose proactive measures.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's IT infrastructure and business lines.

Maintain and implement Crisis Management tools such as mass alerting tool.

YOUR PROFILE

 

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity or Information Security. I.e. deputy CISO or Incident Manager

Proven experience in crisis management, incident response, or a similar role in an information security context.

Knowledge and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in security science, Computer Science or related field.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, IT risk, and related regulatory environment.

Familiarity with common cybersecurity technologies and threat intelligence platforms.

Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to make decisions under pressure.

Ability to understand a global context and design a general approach to solve a given problem.

Ability to understand and take into account business needs.

Strong skills in documentation and capability to articulate issues and tasks for non-IT staff

»  Strong in communication and organization, be able to prioritize task and re-prioritize constantly.

»  Fluent spoken and written English.

»  Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CBCI, Certified Lead Crisis Manager or would be a plus.
