  • MBL Technologies is seeking a Business Continuity Planner to join our team immediately. This position is onsite five days a week in the Washington, DC metro area.

MBL Technologies is seeking a Privacy Compliance Manager to join our team. The Program and Privacy Consultant aids in the oversight, development, and implementation of new policies and will manage the tracking and monitoring of implementation initiatives. The role will educate and train stakeholders in appropriate steps to transition to updated requirements for data protection, release of information, and implementation reporting. The Manager will also support the development of communication strategies to reach diverse audiences, develop outreach materials, and be willing to create innovative ways to reach stakeholders and gain support. 


The Manager will support the development progress reporting, implementation monitoring tools, and managing stakeholder working groups. The Manager will support leadership in the development of policy and practices that promote new tools and operations. 


Job Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Support team lead in implementing policy updates and education for agency-wide changes to operations and requirements.
  • Develop guidance materials and communications to navigate stakeholders and audiences through updates to procedures and requirements.
  • Conduct progress monitoring and delivers communication plans and tracking.
  • Develop training and education materials for diverse audiences.
  • Develop regular reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Provide support to senior leadership through regular meetings, annual workshops, monthly learning forums. etc.
  • 5 years of experience working as a Program & Privacy Management.
  • Understanding of program implementation and monitoring strategies and how to develop an implementation plan.
  • Ability to coordinate and monitor changes and requirements with key stakeholders.
  • Possess a "can-do" attitude, and be committed to working in a fast-paced innovative, and collaborative team environment.
  • BS/BA degree required.
  • Public Trust Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
