We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.

The Role

In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the offensive security team, including SMEs, Project Managers, Program Managers, and the Practice Leader. A key part of your responsibility is managing incoming project requests, ensuring they are logged, assessed, and coordinated with the Program Manager for proper allocation and prioritization. You will act as the primary point of contact for administrative tasks and requests related to offensive security projects.

You will manage all contract-related activities, including preparing and reviewing Statements of Work (SoW) and ensuring they are signed, filed, and archived correctly. Additionally, you will maintain comprehensive documentation for all security projects and presales engagements, ensuring that all data is properly archived and easily accessible for team members.

Your role also includes preparing cost calculations for both presales and project engagements, ensuring that all financial aspects are properly considered and documented. This will involve working closely with project managers and finance teams to ensure budgets are accurate and aligned with project requirements.

The Offensive Security Administrator will also assist in coordinating internal and external requests, ensuring they are addressed in a timely and professional manner. This includes requests for documentation, reports, project updates, and any other administrative support required by the offensive security team.

Finally, your role will involve streamlining administrative processes, ensuring that the team operates efficiently and that all data, contracts, and records are accessible when needed. You will maintain and update tools such as the project and presales tracker, providing visibility into the pipeline of ongoing and upcoming security projects.
