Job Description & Summary

A career in Global Information Security, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to develop and support our internal security technologies and services across the entire global and local PwC network. You’ll focus on being the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing information technology including hardware, software, and networks that enhances security of internal information and protect our firms intellectual assets.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of  

As an Endpoint Security Operations Engineer, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  Assist countries in deployment and maintaining of Endpoint security solutions; 

  • Drive reporting and operational excellence through day-to-day Endpoint security tools management 

  • Trace the quality of provided service, report Key Performance Indicators, and work on service quality improvement 

  • Handling complex issues that require advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques 

  • Contributing new intellectual capital through the development of standard operational policies and procedures 

  • Planning the expansion and growth of the IT and security environment, maintenance, refresh, and upgrades of systems providing infrastructure and information security services 

  • Collaborating and sharing industry leading practices in IT 

  • Developing documentation including technical environment, processes and procedures for consistent maintenance and support 

  • Interacting with customers and/or functional peer group staff, IT, and information security management on moderately complex issues 

  • Maintaining secure and effective technical infrastructure services 

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve  

  • Understanding of the IT infrastructure and information security environment while supporting a wide range of firm technologies 

  • Contributing to the development of new subject matter or technical domain specialization 

  • Resolving problems with multiple stakeholders by continuously applying significant independent judgment and by collaborating with others 

  • Working knowledge of the following operational areas: Server OS and virtualization, Antivirus & Antimalware solutions management, Scripting (ideally Powershell), Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Privileged Access Management, Vulnerability and Patch Management, SIEM tooling, ITSM processes knowledge 

  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives
