About the team:

The team work on day to network and security troubleshooting tasks.

What you will be doing:

•  Script and Implement firewall policy changes on production devices
•  Review firewall change requests for completeness, appropriateness, and clarity – work with reques to resolve
• issues or obtain approvals prior to routing for implementation
• Provide Tier 2 network security problem isolation, determination and resolution
• Have familiarity with client base and the resources being utilized by all FIS business units and customers
• Provide support for business continuity and disaster recovery tests

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience of working on network and security, CCNP, CCSP certification or training
• Expert knowledge of  Cisco (iOS) security devices, fundamental knowledge of Juniper security devices.
• Understanding of TCP/IP network implementation and troubleshooting
• Fundamental knowledge of  routing protocol configuration and MPLS on firewalls and security devices
• Experience with IPSec VPN, Understanding of WAN technologies
• Understanding of TCP/IP network implementation and troubleshooting, IP addressing and subnets, Network Address Translation (NAT) concept, business continuity and disaster recovery and
• Knowledge on ITIL process, preferably change management
