Asset Management Project Coordinator

The Opportunity:

As a project coordinator specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. If you enjoy being part of a highly collaborative team operating in a fast-paced environment, you should join the Asset Management Team as a Project Coordinator supporting the Portfolio Manager in building operations to deliver on the government priorities for the current period of performance.

As the Project Coordinator, you will report to the Asset Management Portfolio Manager and be responsible for supporting the delivery of next-generation Cyber capabilities and services. In this role, you will engage and support program staff, and play a key role in balancing competing priorities. You will be an integral member of a highly matrixed organization collaborating with a suite of technical SMEs and business operation team members, and contributing to the fulfilment of the AM priorities.

You’ll bring your project coordination experience and help manage multiple projects. If you’re ready to learn and challenge yourself to increase your exposure to Project Management domain knowledge areas, including scope management, risks management, communication management, and quality management, this is the role for you. You will grow your consulting skills by designing and facilitating outcome-driven discussions with key stakeholders on project statuses, working sessions, technical exchange meetings, and milestone reviews. Put your communication skills to use as you support the compilation of a wide array of communication deliverables. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
