Proofpoint is looking for an experienced Sr. Product Manager to join our Insider Threat and Endpoint DLP team in Tel Aviv (located in Azrieli Towers near Hashalom rail station). As a central role, it involves both inbound and outbound activities.

The Role Proofpoint is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join our Insider Threat and Endpoint DLP team in Tel Aviv (located in Azrieli Towers near Hashalom rail station). You will work with a strong set of Product Managers, UX experts, and engineers to influence and build security products that companies rely on to protect their biggest asset – their people. We’re looking for a driven, and collaborative PM with proven experience in delivering complex enterprise products at all phases. This is an influential position that will be a key part of our product success as we move forward in the fast-paced development of Proofpoint products.  

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY 

• Define the product MVP using agile methodology to ensure successful product delivery by working with multiple engineering teams across time zone 

• Prioritize the product backlog and refine requirements by working closely with the UX, architect and engineering teams 

• Solve interesting problems every day – we work to create cyber security solutions for scale and complexity providing value to the customer 

• Drive customer adoption, receive and internally share customer feedback on features  

• Take part in defining the strategy for Proofpoint Endpoint Security  

WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE TEAM: 

• Be a great storyteller, to build a strong product narrative which clearly articulates the motivation for the project, goals, and path to success.  

• Excellent communication skills to articulate user motives and champion customer needs  

• Ability to cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across organization  

• Proactive and collaborative attitude – a team player and also a team leader  

• Strong execution in dynamic environments  

• Willingness to deliver at all phases of the product lifecycle – conceptual to the release  

• Identify opportunities to innovate and improve our features and capabilities.  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: 

• Experience working with Endpoint Security products 

• 5+ years of experience in a B2B Product Management role in Cybersecurity companies 

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field 

• Experience working within Scrum teams 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: 

• Experience working with DLP products 

• Experience working with SaaS applications
