Telecommunications Administrator
Tasks
- Deploy and troubleshoot SIP desk phones conference room systems and softphone clients
- Execute MACD move add change delete requests for users
- Maintain Direct Routing and Operator Connect configurations
- Maintain voice circuit IDs hardware inventory and how to guides
- Manage Teams policy with PowerShell
- Manage user provisioning and extension management
- Monitor system health and generate usage reports
- Perform system administration for voice platforms
- Resolve tier 2 and tier 3 voice incidents
- Troubleshoot call routing audio quality jitter latency and connectivity failures
- Use packet capture tools to analyze RTP streams and signaling issues
