- Coordinate delegate and guide external service providers
- Develop platform components integrations and automation workflows
- Engage with stakeholders including international teams
- Ensure platform stability through patching monitoring and tuning
- Maintain technical documentation
- Operate maintain and enhance firewall management platform
- Participate in incident, change, and problem management
- Participate in standby and after-hours operations
- Prepare environments for deployment and provide support
- Travel internationally as needed
- Troubleshoot complex network system and application issues
