This position is a leadership role responsible for leading the Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, Controls & Compliance function. The role requires strong leadership and organization with significant interaction with Cybersecurity, Technology Management, Operational Risk, Compliance and Audit Leaders.

The Cyber team is a specialized group within an organization dedicated to managing and enhancing cybersecurity measures. This team typically comprises experts in areas such as threat detection, incident response, network security, and data protection. The Cyber GRC leader will collaborate with this team, focusing on governance, risk management, and compliance aspects to ensure a comprehensive and proactive approach to cybersecurity.

What You Will Do
Work directly with relevant stakeholders (e.g. Compliance & Audit Group, Cybersecurity & Technology Management, etc.) to facilitate the execution of Molex’s Cybersecurity risk assessment and risk management processes; Regularly assess aggregate cybersecurity risks to assure containment of residual risks within the company’s risk appetite.
•Identify and evaluate cyber risk.
•Explore opportunities to build advantage capabilities to treat risk.
•Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development for team members.
•Collaborate with leadership to integrate cybersecurity into overall business strategy.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Deep understanding of risk management within the field of Cybersecurity
- Familiarity with relevant laws, standards, and regulations, such as ISO 27001, TISAX, NIS-2, etc.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
What Will Put You Ahead
- Successful track record as a GRC lead or manager
- Industry recognized certifications such as CRISC, CISSP, CISA, CISM, are highly desirable
- Familiarity with FAIR (Factored Analysis of Information Risk)
- Strong knowledge of information security principles, best practices, and technologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communications skills
