A bit about your role

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of robust data infrastructure solutions. Your role is crucial in integrating, processing, and analysing large datasets to drive data-driven decision-making and innovation. You will empower your team to deliver impactful data solutions that enhance business intelligence and operational efficiency.

You will design scalable and secure data pipelines, mentor a team of data engineers, and ensure best practices in coding and data management. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will make data solutions accessible and actionable. Additionally, you will enforce data quality and governance standards, and identify opportunities for innovation and optimization within data processes.

A bit about you

You will have hands-on experience in building and maintaining observability solutions. This includes deep expertise in monitoring, logging, and tracing tools to ensure the health and performance of distributed systems. Proficiency in platforms such as Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, Datadog, or equivalent technologies is required. You will have strong capabilities in analysing metrics, logs, and traces, detecting and resolving issues, and implementing strategies for improving system reliability, scalability, and transparency.

You will have proven experience in project management and coordination across multiple teams. This role requires strong organisational skills to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables while ensuring effective collaboration between cross-functional teams. Along with a track record of facilitating communication, aligning goals across departments, and driving project success through proactive problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
