AssociateJob Description & Summary
Being a part of the Digital Forensics and Electronic Discovery team, involves the application of technology to investigations and litigation. Projects can range from matters on forensic accounting, crisis response, insurance claims support, sanction screening, or address anti-kickback and anti-bribery for clients ranging from multinational corporations and government agencies, to law firms. We help clients in confronting the regulatory, legal, and commercial challenges as a result of unplanned events.Your Tasks
- You will manage multiple client engagements in parallel and are responsible for budget management, planning, delivery, quality, and reporting as well as team management.
- You have an investigative mindset, are organized, and can not only analyze but articulate and document findings and procedures.
- You are an expert in technology with expertise in E-Discovery and Digital Forensics, and want to develop our labs capabilities, services offerings, the teams’ skills, and our portfolio of clients.
- You take on responsibilities to support our dedicated IT infrastructure which consists of the forensic lab as well as the E-Discovery server environment.
- You build and strengthen client relationships and become a trusted advisor in the forensic technology field for PwC clients, which includes business development initiatives externally as well as collaborating with other PwC teams.
- You can lead teams of people to accomplish projects goals in dynamic environments, this can include traveling internationally and coordinating with teams and/or client in different time zones as needed.
Your Profile
- You have 6 or more years of client facing experience with global corporations, law firms, and/or government agencies that covered projects including forensics, electronic discovery, litigation support or other related service offerings.
- You have technical qualifications such as Master's degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEDS, RCA, or EnCE.
- You have an excellent technical understanding of forensic technologies’ tools and skillsets (e.g. forensic readiness, Scripting, SQL/DB Admin, Python, Relativity, Nuix, EnCase, Axiom, FTK, Forensic Collection hardware and software, Network Security, and etc.…).
- You have experience in computer networking, systems maintenance, and security.
- You have a strong professional network including previous colleagues in the industry, and buyers of forensic technology services such as General Counsels and C-Suite executives.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills and are fluent in English (written and spoken); German (preferred), French, or another language is an advantage.
