Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Security Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems, networks, and applications. This individual should possess a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and industry best practices and drive compliance and technical solutions to BETSOL.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive security assessments and risk analysis on existing systems and applications.
• Design and implement robust security architectures for both on-premises and cloud-based environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the development lifecycle of applications and systems.
• Provide expert guidance on security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
• Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to proactively address emerging risks.
• Lead incident response efforts and participate in the resolution of security incidents.
• Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs for staff members.
• Evaluate and recommend security solutions to enhance our overall security posture.
• Work closely with clients to understand their security requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Security Consultant or Security Architect, with a minimum of 5+ years in a senior role.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, protocols, and technologies.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing security solutions for complex systems and networks.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with PCI DSS, ISO 27001, CCPA, SOC1/SOC2, NIST CSF and working with external audit firms
• Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies, including IDS/IPS, SIEM, firewalls, Penetration testing tools like Qualys/Tenable, and antivirus solutions.
