What your impact will be like:
As a Training Engineer at Exeon, you will be member of our Deployment and Presales Team and closely collaborate with our customers and partners as well as Exeon team members. You will ensure that our users fully understand and love ExeonTrace and are invested in the product.
In particular, you will:
- Act as technical ambassador for ExeonTrace and its underlying algorithms and spearhead Exeon’s external and internal technical training efforts.
- Regularly interact with and facilitate communication between our three stakeholder groups (Exeon employees, partners and customers) to ensure technical excellence, get first-hand feedback and understand their training needs.
- Build scalable trainings (e.g. AI assisted videos, standardized training formats) for the stakeholder groups in conjunction with our technical teams and provide proper documentation which makes lean trainings possible.
- Train new members of our team to use ExeonTrace; organize, enable and (in certain cases) deliver trainings to customers and partners together with other trainers at Exeon.
- Provide excellent training support to partners, build standardized partner training and certification programs. Nurture relations between Exeon’s and our partners’ technical teams and facilitate onsite partner visits in cooperation with our Head of Channel.

Requirements
What makes a good person-job-fit:
We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who’s comfortable in a high-paced start-up environment. In addition, we are looking for certain requirements and skills to establish a good person-job-fit:
- An enthusiastic professional, who enjoys customer contact, has strong presentation and organizational skills, and communicates easily with our partners,customers and our internal teams.
- A professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/IT security (networking and application security) or similar.
- As such, we expect appropriate know-how in computer networking, cyber security and Linux OS.
- Fluent English and German speaker.
- Nice to have:
- Experience in training, planning and delivery in the field of cybersecurity or networking.
- Prior knowledge in the field of Network Detection and Response
- Scripting know-how on Linux preferred.
