Tasks

• Manage and maintain network and firewall systems.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Implement and enforce security protocols across systems.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve technical problems.
• Document system changes and configurations.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards and best practices.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with 5 years or more of experience that has:

• Strong expertise in network protocols
• In-depth understanding of network security principles
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, including change management, incident management, configuration management, and availability management
• Proficient in wide area network protocols such as ISDN, ADSL, and others

Technical Environment, Tools, and Products:

• Expertise in administering Fortinet firewall systems, including content inspection, firewall statistics, and associated security tools
• Proficiency in managing CISCO firewall systems, with experience in content inspection and security tools
• Extensive experience with operating systems, including Microsoft Windows and Linux
• Strong skills in network management, monitoring, and debugging tools
• Knowledgeable in PKI infrastructure
• Proficient in dial-in systems with authentication and encryption
• Experienced in Intrusion Detection Systems, specifically FirePower Threat Defense (FTD)
• Familiarity with proxy servers
• Basic understanding of application layer XML filters

Additionally you also need to have

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• EU Secret Security Clearance (Mandatory)

Regarding education and certifications:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field
• CCNA Cyber Ops certification
• CCT Routing & Switching certification
• Additional certifications in technology-related domains
