What you can expect:

Collaboration with key stakeholders to develop, implement and maintain the information security framework including security policies, procedures and controls and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
Leading the design and execution of the companywide awareness initiatives to foster a security culture, Including training sessions, phishing simulations, and continuous learning opportunities.
Coordination of security audits and overseeing remediation of identified issues as well as postincident analysis
Direct reporting line to the CIO of HxF and main contact person for the CISO of GOB Holding and the HxF Infrastructure team

What we expect:

Degree in engineering, computer science or similar or comparable qualification
Minimum experience of 5 years in the field of information security, IT security and/or operations
Proven experience in IT Security technologies (encryption technologies, etc.) and awareness
Certified or familiar with project management methodologies, information security certification desired
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate topics to senior management
Strong analytical skills and independent working attitude
Professional in English and German
