Senior Manager ( IAM Platform Architect)

This position reports to the Senior Director of Identity and Access Management and is based in Kenvue’s global offices in Bangalore India.

In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of comprehensive IAM services, including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Directory Services, Authentication, and Privileged Access Management (PAM). This role involves ensuring team alignment on priorities, architectures, and standard delivery models, as well as interfacing with globally distributed business-facing Directors of IAM to develop roadmaps and execution plans.

Specific responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of IAM services across all areas of IAM, including IGA, Directory Services, Authentication, and PAM.
• Ensure product teams align on priorities, architectures, and standard delivery models for IAM services.
• Interface directly with globally distributed business-facing Directors of IAM to build cohesive roadmaps and plans.
• Lead the IAM product teams in adopting best practices and standardized processes for service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IAM services meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Drive the strategic planning and execution of IAM initiatives to enhance security and user experience.
• Oversee the development and implementation of IAM solutions that are scalable, reliable, and secure to meet the needs of Kenvue's dynamic cloud environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in IAM.
• Drive initiatives to enhance identity lifecycle management, access governance, and privileged access management.
• Provide expert guidance on IAM-related issues to technology teams and business stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new IAM technologies and services.

 

Qualifications - Required

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Graduate degree preferred.
• At least 10 –12 years of broad IT infrastructure experience with 5+ years of IAM Engineering, cloud architectures and operational support in a multi-platform, multi-vendor environment.
• 5+ years in a managerial capacity.
• 5+ years Information Security experience.
• Familiarity with IAM tools and platforms, notably EntraID  (AzureAD) and BeyondTrust, and the ability to guide teams in their effective use.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with technical teams and business leaders.
• Strong leadership presence, influencing, collaboration, communication information-sharing and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in an agile, fast paced environment and prioritize in parallel.
• Customer service orientation, eye for business value, and a bias for action.
• Expert at working with virtual, and diverse global teams of varied backgrounds and cultural experiences.
• Exercises independent judgment, strong decision making and problem solving for key processes.
• Experience with Zero Trust architecture.

 

Qualifications - Preferred

• Certifications in IAM and InfoSec (CIDPRO™, CISM, CISSP).
• Experience within regulated environments (GxP or SOx).
