Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience: 6-8 years
Work Mode: Remote
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Management of ITIL processes: incident, change, NSSR etc..
2. Team Lead Saviynt expert Knowledge reference
3. Experience – 7+ years of experience Senior Expert 2 Available during CET as well Acts as backup for the first senior expert.
4. Collaborates for Saviynt implementation, covering integration, testing, deployment, training, documentation, and project management.
