Vosago is seeking a Program Manager to support a Federal Agency and to manage a cyber security program to CISA.

Position: Full-time

Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship

Location:  Arlington, Virginia, and Teleworking at Contractor’s Personal Residences within the Local Washington Commuting Area (i.e., National Capital Region).

Clearance: TS/SCI

Responsibilities and Duties:

The Contractor shall provide a Program Manager who shall be responsible for all Contractor work performed under this SOW. It is anticipated a senior level Program Manager shall be provided by the Contractor for this work effort. The Program Manager shall provide subject matter expertise, program management, program analysis and reporting, documentation, and/or strategic planning and overall management as required to support to the contract. The Program Manager shall be a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR. The Program Manager is further designated as Key by the Government. During any absence of the Program Manager, alternate(s) subject matter expert shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all matters relating to work performed under this contract. Additionally, the Contractor shall not replace the Program Manager without prior approval from the Contracting Officer.

The Program Manager shall be available to the COR via telephone between the hours of 0800 and 1700 EST, Monday through Friday, and shall respond to a request for discussion or resolution of technical problems within 2 hours of notification within working hours.


Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have at least 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree.
  • Must be able to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff; provide detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues; consult with client to define need or problem; supervise studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
  • Required to have a current Top Secret (TS) Clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Agency experience (ideally DHS CISA)

Cyber program experience
