This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Warfare (EW) Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of EW products for airspace security. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of counter unmanned aerial systems (Counter UAS) and a forward-thinking perspective on the evolving landscape of drone technology and security. A strong background in Electronic Support (ES) and Electronic Attack (EA), particularly in systems that disrupt or deny communication and navigation, is essential. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Counter UAS or other relevant EW systems and a proven track record of driving product innovation and development in the defense industry.

You Will:

Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with market demands. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to drive product innovation and differentiation.

Technical Leadership: EW systems present particular technical challenges unique to military and dual-use systems. A strong technical background is desired for this product leader role.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and the competitive landscape. Gather insights from customers, stakeholders, and industry experts to inform product roadmap decisions.

Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, project and program management to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive product development initiatives. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and validate product concepts. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive customer-centric product development.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and standards related to drone technology and airspace security. Ensure that the products comply with relevant regulations and certifications.

You Have:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in product management or EW technology development, ideally with a focus on communication EW, navigation EW (NAVWAR), Counter UAS systems, or related fields.
Deep understanding of drone technology, including hardware, software, sensors, and communication systems, especially communication protocols and communication theory.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with customers.
Experience working in complex development environments and familiarity with product management tools and methodologies, including adaptive and predictive project management styles.
Passion for innovation and driving positive change in the aerospace and defense industry.
