YOUR TASKS
- Building team to ensure program and project successes
- Effectively and accurately manage multi-million dollar security project budgets. Own and track the finance and budgeting process for security programs and projects
- Establish program and project performance metrics
- Supporting the development, implementation, and communication of cybersecurity activities and programs
- Leading the set-up and execution of program events, briefings, and meetings
- Liaising with other teams to identify and exploit opportunities with other programs across the organization
- Managing multi-functional team, capacity and capabilities, back-log and project prioritization, benefit/cost analysis, vendor selection, schedule and budget oversight, management of consultants/contractors, issue resolution, and reporting
- Coordinating with business stakeholders, IT, internal and external legal and GRC teams, procurement, finance, and communications departments to ensure successful project rollout and streamline communications
- Identify and manage the project management and productivity tools for the team and ensure state-of-the-art project management methods
YOUR PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience in program or project management, working with both technical and non-technical teams, ideally focusing on information security standards and measures
- 5+ years of experience in cyber security, software development lifecycle, large scale computing, modeling, OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Risk Management, Cyber Security, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Ideally: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification, Security+ Certification, or relevant certification
- Languages: English, German
- Travel: willingness to travel on a limited basis
- Soft Skills: Independent, proactive and assertive, excellent communication skills on all levels, constructive escalation management
