Identity Management Manager

About the role:

Barry Callebaut Digital (BC Digital) is on a mission to lead the digital revolution in the chocolate industry, and we're looking for a Head of Identity Management to join our Identity & Access Management team. Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a key element of the Information Security Strategy and Framework and plays a vital role in our digital ecosystem
This is a newly created role in the Security Organization that will contribute to achieve our Digital Identity Strategy, reports directly to the Director I&A Management and will collaborate closely with IT Security, Enterprise Architecture, and other cross-functional teams.
As the Head of Identity Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring secure and efficient authentication, identity services, and privileged access management across our organization. You’ll lead a talented team responsible for implementing and maintaining authentication mechanisms, managing directory services, and certificate infrastructure and overseeing privileged access protocols and related topics. In addition, you will cooperate with IT teams to deploy new applications and integrate them properly following the IAM principles and standards. Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the vision for identity management, aligning with the overall I&AM and Security strategy,
• Drive initiatives to enhance security, improve user experience, and increase operational efficiency,
• Lead and mentor a team of identity management professionals and foster a collaborative and innovative environment,
• Oversee Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) deployment, and passwordless authentication solutions,
• Define and host cloud access management (Azure AD, Azure Administration),
• Participate in projects to ensure standard processes and procedures are implemented when rolling out new provisioning and role management points,
• Manage directory services, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) operations, and Certificate Authority administration,
• Drive automation of identity management tasks and provide integration support for various applications and services,
• Ensure proper provisioning, lifecycle management, and session management for privileged accounts.

About you:

• Graduate Degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Audit, Risk, or related field,
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in identity management or related fields,
• Industry-recognized certification in security (e.g., CAMS, CIAM, CISSP, CISA, CISM, etc.) or equivalent are highly desirable,
• Proven track record of successfully leading identity management teams,
• In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends,
• Proficient in English,
• Position in a global team with global responsibility,

• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and PKI
• Experience with SSO, MFA, Privileged Access Management and federation services (e.g. Okta, PingIdentity, Entra AD, CyberArk or similar)
• Familiarity with cloud-based identity solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
