About the Job
As the Senior Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Analyst, you will spearhead the support, administration, and management of the IGA platform and processes within Rest. Your role is pivotal, as you'll provide vital technical support and assistance for all IGA-related tasks and processes. This includes troubleshooting and resolving issues, facilitating identity provisioning and de-provisioning, and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of IGA policies, processes and systems
- Assist with the setup of auto provisioning and de-provisioning of user identities across various systems and applications.
- Oversee the timely and accurate setup of user accounts and access rights based on business requirements.
- Conduct periodic security assessments of selected Azure, AWS and other platform privileged accounts to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with enabling applications single sign-on functionality via Entra ID.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for deactivation or removal of unnecessary accounts to reduce the attack surface.
- Administration and maintenance of the IGA platform.
- Monitor IGA system health and performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IGA processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Generate reports on access rights, user activities, and compliance metrics as required.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation within the IGA framework.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements and streamline workflows.
- Participate in audits, assessments, and assurance activities.
Qualifications
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.:
- Proven experience in identity and access management.
- Demonsrated understanding of IAM principles, access controls, and security best practices.
- Proficiency in conducting reviews and security assessments.
- Understanding of the role of Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID in the IGA context and integrating with them.
- Familiarity with technologies such as SailPoint/Saviynt, CyberArk, AWS, and Azure etc.
- Experience with Active Directory management and privileged account reviews.
- Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations, particularly in Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Analysing and designing processes related to identity management (e.g. managing the identity life cycle, access requests, privilege control).
