We're looking to further expand by increasing the number of customers that use our software and increasing the scope of how we serve our customers by developing and releasing new products.

ECP is seeking a highly skilled IT & Cybersecurity Admin to join our team. You will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

This is a hybrid position that requires an individual who can work in-office at ECP’s headquarters in East Troy, WI, when necessary. We expect that on average, being in-person in our office would be required 1-2 times per month. We are open to candidates located in Wisconsin who are willing to work remotely and in person.

  • Provide technical support to internal staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and other IT equipment
  • Monitor and maintain the company's network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
  • Ensure a seamless experience for onboarding and offboarding new hires
  • Act as a point of contact for external vendors and service providers, research and provide solutions for new vendors when necessary
  • Manage business system backups and perform data recovery when necessary
  • Stay up to date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for system improvements
  • Deeply understand SOC2 compliance requirements, enforcing company-wide adherence to security policies and audit processes
  • Develop and lead internal training efforts that support HIPAA compliance, cybersecurity best practices, and protection of PHI
  • Assist with the tracking of vulnerabilities 
  • Revise and write security policies as needed
  • Manage ECP’s IT inventory using mobile device management software
  • Ensure ECP is up-to-date with HIPAA compliance and drive the company’s cybersecurity strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or related roles
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in computer hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Experience with network administration and security
  • Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate efficiently with personnel in diverse roles ranging from technical to non-technical 
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus
