  As a Product Delivery Manager in Cyber Security and Technology Controls at JP Morgan, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.   

Job responsibilities

  • Oversee the program management of risk gaps registered in CORE (Compliance and Operational Risk Evaluation), ensuring timely issue resolution and action plan closure.
  • Collaborate with the Product Director and Technology Risk Control (TRC) team to assist in the execution of audits and assessments.
  • Partner with Product Security Lead and Engineering teams to ensure the delivery of backlog items by agile team.
  • Drives product execution and delivery against the BoW (Book-of-Work) and documents risks to ensure work is delivered on-time with full transparency of dependencies, risks, issues and priorities.
  • Provide Product Delivery and Executive Management Reporting (EMR) for our Product Security Lead teams.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on Product delivery or Program Management or 5+ years applied experience.
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
  • Able to operate independently, with a high-level of initiative and willingness to take ownership of projects and tasks, even when not directly assigned.
  • Ability to adapt within the fast and constantly changing environment.
  • Strong understanding of delivery.   

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
  • PMP and/or Agile certification, preferred.  
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Experience on strategy/consulting teams and/or Network experience. 
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity – be flexible, adaptable, and resolute, even when the path forward is not clear. 
  • Motivated, self-starter with an ability to work together and with autonomy to influence key partners.
