Job Description

  • Senior Network Security Engineer responsible for implementing and operating solutions to meet our internal customers needs
  • Responsible for operations and optimization of Bosch''s worldwide Loadbalancer, Secure Web gateway(Proxy)
  • Be a part of a strategic agile project to develop the future network for a large enterprise
  • Take part and support the development of solutions and configurations for secure next generation Internet access together with a team of network and security experts
  • Develop the integration of Internet access gateway solution into orchestration tools as well as identity and policy management systems
  • Ensure reliable service delivery and prompt incident resolution
  • Work and collaborate in a global team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Exhibit strong knowledge of Network technologies (TCP/IP, ARP, NAT, Routing, DNS, SSL)
  • Knowledge in Internet protocols (HTTP, FTP, SFTP, SSH, etc.) and Authentication protocols (Kerberos, Basic, LDAP, Oauth, etc.)
  • Knowledge in networking technologies (e.g. BGP, OSPF, SDWAN, QoS)
  • Experience in loadbalncer technologies, architecture and operations
  • Experienced in troubleshooting with packet capture and related tools
  • Knowledge of Application vulnerabilities and security techniques (OWASP)
  • Broad knowledge in security concepts and implementations
  • Knowledge in software-driven networking and network automation is beneficial (Python, Ansible, CI/CD, GIT, Scripting, etc.)
  • Confident in handling both Linux and Windows systems
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Distinct customer and service orientation as well as consulting skills
  • Task driven and result oriented individual
  • Verbal and written English communications skills

Others:

  • Willingness to work in an "On-Call Duty" set-up
  • Able to work beyond normal office hours
