Full Visibility is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) – National Security Systems to work in Springfield, VA. Candidate must possess an active Top Secret/SCI Eligible clearance.

The ISSO will ensure that all security protocols and regulations are adhered to, maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of classified systems. They will implement and maintain security controls in accordance with government regulations (e.g., RMF, NIST 800-53). The candidate will conduct continuous monitoring, vulnerability assessments, and risk analysis for national security systems. They must develop and update system security plans, ensuring full compliance with government requirements. The ISSO will assist with security audits, inspections, and incident response. It is expected they will collaborate with security teams and stakeholders to address and resolve security concerns. The candidate will ensure that all users and administrators comply with system security protocols.

Requirements

● Active Top Secret/SCI Eligible Clearance
● At least four (4+) years of experience in cybersecurity or risk management
● Knowledge of federal security frameworks, such as RMF, NIST 800-53, and CNSS policies
● Strong understanding of security risk management, vulnerability assessments, and incident response
● Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity-related field, or at least one certification requiring specialized experience and continuous learning in cybersecurity
● Certifications: GIAC Information Security Professional (GISP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or equivalent
