Working as an Automation OT/ICS Security Consultant

As an OT/ICS Security Consultant, you’ll transition from traditional automation roles into the dynamic field of cybersecurity. You will be working on national and international assignments, so travel can be part of the role. 

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Consultancy: Work as a consultant with our clients, applying your automation expertise to help secure OT/ICS environments in the OT/ICS environments.
  You’ll be involved in everything from identifying potential vulnerabilities to implementing security solutions that protect critical infrastructure.
• Support Projects: Assist and conducting security assessments and developing protection strategies. This will involve work with industrial systems and learn how to apply security practices without compromising operational efficiency.
• Learning & Development: This role is all about growth. You’ll have the chance to expand your knowledge in cybersecurity while applying your existing skills in automation. We provide mentorship and training to help you become an expert in OT/ICS security.
• Client Interaction: You’ll work directly with clients, helping them understand the importance of securing their automation systems. Your ability to explain technical concepts in clear, understandable terms will be key to your success.

We’re looking for automation engineers who are ready to explore new opportunities in cybersecurity. You should have:

• Automation Background: Experience with industrial automation systems, including SCADA, PLCs, DCS etc. You understand how these systems operate and the critical role they play in industrial environments.
