What You Will Do 

•              Authentication Expertise: Authentication Expertise: Design, improve and lead execution of authentication and authorization practices, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Passwordless to strengthen our security posture.

•              Technology Skills: Utilize your proficiency in Microsoft tooling and cloud-based solutions to enhance our authentication systems.

•              Documentation: Maintain and improve documentation of authentication processes, procedures, and best practices.

•              Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate security requirements clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

•              Analytics and Reporting: Analyze authentication data, generate actionable insights, and create reports to track security performance and identify potential vulnerabilities.

•              Cloud and CI/CD: Leverage your expertise in cloud Security-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices to enhance our security practices in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

 

What We Are Looking For

•              6+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on identity or authentication technologies.

•              Proven Experience with Microsoft Azure AD, Ping Identity (Cloud as well as On premises) and/or related authentication technologies and cloud services.

•              Practical knowledge in modernizing and implementing Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), zero trust principles and/or related practices.

•              Hands on experience with on premises IDPs such as PingFed, ADFS etc.

•              Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven security decisions.

•              Experience with cloud Security-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions and CI/CD practices is a plus.

•              Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, or relevant certification or experience.

Desired Qualifications

•             Industry certifications: CISSP, CIST, CIPA, CIMP, PMA level I,II,III, IX

•             IAM platform certifications: Microsoft Identity and Access management certified, Okta Identity certification or similar
