Program Manager

As a Program Manager at REDLattice, you will lead a team of developers and vulnerability research engineers dedicated to performing cutting-edge research and development on embedded network devices. This role supports our customer’s offensive cyber mission, requiring exceptional leadership and communication skills. You will interface directly with the customer, translating their requirements to technical leads and ensuring effective dissemination to R&D teams. You will serve as the main point of contact for the program, managing all reporting requirements and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a highly skilled team of developers and vulnerability research engineers.
• Oversee research and development activities in vulnerability research, exploit development, modular implant development, and implant support suite development.
• Interface with customers to gather requirements and convey them to technical leads.
• Ensure all project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Manage reporting requirements and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to the R&D teams.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• 2+ years of experience leading offensive cyber programs.
• Understanding of cyber techniques to include application and mitigation.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Desired Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in vulnerability research, exploit development, and modular implant development.
• Knowledge of embedded network devices and offensive cyber operations.
