What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI's Corporate Enterprise Services Team is seeking an Enterprise Service Owner.  As Service Owner for the Enterprise Support Services Team, you will serve as the interface between the customer and IT delivery teams to guide the success in building network, architecture and software capabilities with the highest business and customer impact. You will represent business needs and priorities, by driving the setting of the vision, building the roadmap, defining the requirements, guiding development/integration, organizing testing, planning releases/implementation, and providing support.  You will also manage the product backlog and incorporate feedback from business stakeholders to guide continuous product improvement.  These discussions will support initiatives supporting CACI’s DFARS compliant operating networks, CACI corporate and program network boundaries, cloud service adoption, and assurance for protection of highly sensitive data for our programs.

Additional responsibilities include providing guidance and recommendations to our Corporate Senior Leadership by heading major initiatives which impact our 23,000+ employee enterprise here and abroad.  Candidate will support governance of appropriate policy and compliance technology to meet or exceed applicable government and compliance and will work closely with our Corporate Cyber Services group.

More about this Role:

  • The role will own:  a) Technical services development and delivery b) schedule for service adoption across the company, c) Budgetary planning and cost management, d) Risk identification and mitigation e) Overall operations of the service delivery model
  • Responsible to guide all stages of service development, including user story development, sprint planning, and prioritization of the service backlog.
  • Understand business and end-user needs; identify and prioritize features to be delivered to meet those needs.
  • Work with business and technical stakeholders to develop and document requirements.
  • Participate in agile process such as stand-ups, story refinements, and team retrospectives; ensure the team has a clear understanding of priorities and next steps.
  • Lead the sprint review meeting to present the output from the sprint to key stakeholders.
  • Analyze feedback from sprint reviews, and other data such as end user feedback and operational metrics, to identify and understand service needs.
  • Work with the team to create acceptance criteria and definitions of failures and done.
  • Assist the team on the development of feature tests, test cases, and regression tests.
  • Set expectations with business stakeholders for delivery of new capabilities, features, and functionalities.
  • Provide robust documentation and support for our Enterprise IT Group.
  • Supporting and guiding infrastructure inclusive of Software Defined Networking (SDN), Wireless, IP networks hardware, and OT/IoT.
  • Work with Systems and Networking engineers to assess major engineering efforts with continued security risk and compliance consideration.
  • Ensure all projects support applicable NIST 800 series standards in their design and deployment.
  • Lead teams of highly competent technical individuals, collecting their valuable insights, and establishing project plans to support complex and nuanced initiatives.
  • Use technological knowledge to maintain a 0-trust environment throughout CACI.
  • Leverage existing data aggregation and analysis techniques and tools to provide valuable insight into CACI’s infrastructure and identify areas where gaps may exist.
  • Work within CACI, our vendors, and third parties to ensure that all IT initiatives are engineered and deployed with a security first mindset by following industry best practices compliance guidelines.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in network, Cyber Security tools and practices.
  • Authentication mechanisms, methods, and protocols.
  • Robust networking understanding.
  • Knowledge of major Cloud Service Providers and their implementations.
  • Previous architectural expertise in large enterprises.
  • Knowledge of current and next generation IT technologies.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance.
  • Ability to understand complex business problems and identify and interpret business needs.
  • Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies.
  • Demonstrated facilitation and influencing skills to drive decision making among stakeholders with diverse perspectives and priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-centric environment.
  • Experience drafting technical requirements, procedure outlines, and network diagrams to enhance system security documentation.
  • Analyze reports, review process documentation, assess test results and remediation plans.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • Direct experience as a Product or Service Manager/Owner.
  • Service delivery certifications (e.g. Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner Certification) a plus.
  • Cyber Security tools and practices.
  • Experience working within the DoD.
  • ML, Gen-AI, LLM expertise
  • CYSA+, CISSP, Networking, and other relevant certifications
  • Secret or Top-Secret clearance
  • Previous experience with GRC related activities
  • Experience with risk management frameworks, DFARS 800-171, CMMC, ISO, NIST

Demonstrate an intermediate level of knowledge in three or more of the following:

  • Familiarity of SDN including SDA concepts
  • NIST 800 series
  • Risk management and mitigation strategies
  • Implementation of enterprise architecture tools, automation, or frameworks
  • Familiarity of cloud architecture including SaaS implementations
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of multifactor authentication, identity management, and privileged access solutions

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$93,800 - $206,300
