Threat Detection Analyst

We are seeking a talented Threat Detection Analyst. You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and responding to potential cyber threats and incidents.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Monitor network and system logs to detect and investigate potential threats,
• Analyze and interpret security data to identify patterns and trends,
• Respond to security incidents and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks,
• Conduct forensic analysis on compromised systems to identify the extent of the breach,
• Develop and implement threat detection strategies and procedures,
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security threats and technologies,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security measures and incident response capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field,
• Proven experience in threat detection or a related role,
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and tools,
• Experience with SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) platforms,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities,
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Security+, CEH) are preferred but not required.
