Job Description
We ensure that all operations, digital or otherwise, meet the latest quality and compliance standards. No detail goes unnoticed by our quality and compliance experts, who stay informed of evolving standards such as GDPR and ISO. Audits are conducted regularly to keep our standards high, while strict quality control guidelines are adhered to. As a compliance consultant, you’ll take credit for making sure everything meets our high standards of efficiency, security and legal compliance.
The Junior Compliance Consultant is tasked with ensuring adherence to legal standards and internal policies within the company. They will enforce regulations across various business levels and provide guidance on compliance issues. The role involves understanding and communicating regulatory changes, especially those pertaining to the EU, and developing compliance programs. The consultant will also review company policies and advise on potential risks.

You have knowledge and experience of the following:
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
- A degree in Business, Regulatory Affairs, Public Affairs, or Law
- Solid understanding of EU and national laws (Financial sector laws, privacy and data protection, AI Act)
- 1 year of experience in the relevant fields is a plus (open to candidates without experience)
- Ability to think innovatively and provide customer-oriented advice on regulatory matters
- Eagerness to consult on regulatory and IT risks
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills
- Capable of building strong working relationships both internally and externally
- Able to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Basic cybersecurity understanding is plus
