Junior – Cyber Detect & Respond – NextHub Bari  
We are seeking a junior to join the Cyber Detect & Respond team at NextHub in Bari working in a Hybrid mode.  Cyber Detect & Respond team offers to our clients IT capabilities and solutions focused on cyber defence, incident response and resilience programs and operations. They help design and implement corporate security programs with a focus on the defence, recovery and remediation of major cyber-attacks.  
This includes specific activities such as threat management and response, cyber threat intelligence, attack surface and vulnerability management, threat hunting, incident management and incident response. 

Your Role    
The Junior resource will be integrated into a work team, working alongside senior colleagues and responsible for:  

•  You will identify vulnerabilities in information systems by simulating, in a controlled environment, actions by a threat agent 
• You will do activities in Application Penetration Testing (Mobile/WEB/Legacy/etc.), Infrastructure Penetration Testing (IP/SCADA/IOT/etc.), Firmware and Application Reverse Engineering, Application and Infrastructure Security Technology Consulting, analysis of server configurations and networking equipment in secure optics, design and redesign in a secure way of networks, incident response & forensic analysis 
• You will give the very best output based on input received by senior colleagues in order to meet client’s needs with colleague’s supervision  
• You will be asked to provide your thoughts and ideas to create the best solutions for our clients  
• You will cooperate and collaborate in a team  

  Winning Requirements  

 

• Degree in technical/scientific subjects (Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence);   
• Knowledge of the following fields:  Vulnerability Assessement (application vulnerabilities, network and system vulnerabilities) and System Administration (Microsoft Active Directory, router, Firewall, switch, waf, ips); 
• Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad;   
• Good knowledge of the English and Italian language
