We’re looking for a Director, IAM Enablement Services to join our ever-evolving Identity & Access Management team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About the team

Join our Identity and Access Management leadership team to help design and build our program from the ground up.

Our Team’s vision is to be a benchmark global IAM program that enables the future of digital commerce.  The mission is to provide secure, simple identity and access management services that protect and enable Worldpay assets and services while fueling innovation and new capabilities to market.

What you’ll own

  • Hire and lead a global team of security analysts, fostering a culture of security and compliance 

  • Create career path, performance and training goals and objectives for department and team 

  • Support strategic initiatives to enhance user experience and streamline the access processes 

  • Establish process and procedures for access fulfillment and identify areas for automation 

  • Establish key metrics and risk reporting to ensure effectiveness of IAM enablement services 

  • Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of access requests and issue resolution 

  • Monitor and report on ticketing metrics to identify areas for improvements such as new role based access groups 

  • Respond to security incidents related to identity and access management 

  • Work closely with IT, HR, and other departments to ensure cohesive IAM enablement 

  • Participate in the IAM program strategy and selection, development, implementation and use of enterprise Identity and Access technologies 

Where you’ll own it

You’ll own it in our thriving Cincinnati, OH hub or remotely in the US. While we’re a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person. 

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field or equivalent years of experience 

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IAM or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role 

  • Pragmatic security expert with an inherent ability to balance security demands with business reality 

  • Experience with a variety of IT security and related concepts or technologies (e.g., SSO, ADFS, MFA, Privilege Access Management, RBAC/ABAC, etc.)  

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) 

  • Ability to collaborate with IT and business colleagues to prioritize work, develop roadmaps, enhance services, and contribute meaningfully to the department’s service delivery.  

  • Certifications for Identity Management such as: CISSP, CISM, IAM, CISPP preferred

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $145,900.00 - $245,120.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
