We are currently seeking for ambitious team players with exceptional ΙΤ skills and a well-rounded personality to become part of our dynamic Financial Advisory function in our offices in Athens. Deloitte’s Forensic, Financial Crime & Disputes team helps organizations to efficiently predict and detect fraud incidents and react quickly and confidently in a crisis, investigation or dispute.

At Deloitte Forensic we support and help clients with effective solutions related to the prevention of economic crime. Our Team works on various areas, such as: 

• Investigations and Disputes: Supporting on investigations into fraud, corruption, and other misconduct, and helping our clients navigate across the fraud landscape.
• Financial and Corporate Crime Advisory: Proactively advise on clients’ exposures to financial crime risks, including money laundering, bribery, corruption, market abuse, and sanctions violations.
• Forensic Technology: Working with advanced technology solutions to retrieve, search and analyse large and complex data sets, to a broad range of clients, hereunder clients facing investigation, litigation, and regulatory challenges.

Your role as a Senior Consultant will start with immediate OnSite support, utilizing industry-leading forensic tools and methodologies to quickly assess and resolve any IT infrastructure issues. Equipped with expertise in digital forensics, incident response, and malware analysis, you will employ advanced tools like EnCase, FTK, and Nuix to gather and preserve digital evidence, analyze compromised systems, and implement effective remediation strategies.

Using a combination of live response, memory forensics, and log analysis, you will ensure swift containment, thorough investigation, and prevention of future incidents. We need to minimize downtime and secure clients’ operations fast and decisively.

You will provide first and second line software and hardware support and troubleshooting expertise by building, configuring and administration of IT equipment including but not limited to; Windows PCs, Apple Macintosh, Mobile phones, hardware and network or server equipment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
• Knowledge and understanding of the following key software and hardware
• Current and recent Microsoft Windows operating systems, Autopilot, Microsoft Office/O365, Active Director, ServiceNow ITSM, Network connectivity and VPN protocols, Citrix platform,  and common collaboration tools such as Teams and Zoom.
• Demonstrable experience of building corporate and vanilla PCs
• MacBook OS: Up to 3 generations and OS. JAMF, In-Tune and iOS devices
• Proven experience in Incident Response supervising technical and non-technical team members and managing incidents, either in-house or as a consultant;
• Experience in network forensics with an emphasis on detecting malicious activity using network traffic;
• Experience working with security intelligence, data analytics, security incident response, and forensic investigation teams;
• Experience in forensic and memory analysis with an emphasis on detecting malicious activity using host-based artefacts on Windows and/or Unix/Linux operating systems;
• Knowledge of current hacking techniques, vulnerability disclosures, data breach incidents, and security analysis techniques;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to tailor communications to people from a wide range of backgrounds and seniorities;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of developing strong relationships, either as a consultant or within an organisation;
• Excellent command of the English & Greek language
• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable
