NIQ is looking to mature our Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program. To support
that effort, we are looking for a Manager who will lead a team of Support Specialists responsible for delivery of IAM services for NIQ workforce across all geographies and business units

About the Job

This key role requires prior experience in enterprise level IAM processes, technologies and leadership. Experience with the following technologies: SailPoint, Azure, CyberArk, or equivalent is helpful. The IAM Manger will also be accountable for strategy around Service Delivery and will partner with IdG and PAM teams to support IAM program initiatives. The candidate will be self-motivated, detailed orientated, and high performer who wants to part of growing NIQ Cybersecurity program. You will serve as the bridge between India EIT leadership and the broader Cybersecurity organization, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and active participation of the Cybersecurity team within the EIT community.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational and service delivery activities for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, including but not limited to the processing of requests to provision and de-provision access, facilitation of the user lifecycle, monitoring of SailPoint IdentityNow, AD, Azure EntraID, CyberArk or other IAM technologies.
  • Facilitate effective communication between India leadership and the Cybersecurity organization, promote and coordinate active participation of the Cybersecurity team within the broader EIT community.
  • Support the development and implementation of strategies ranging from short-term to long-term that align Cybersecurity and IAM program with NIQ's business objectives.
  • Manage the team’s daily activities and various projects, ensuring a balanced distribution of workload among team members.
  • Drive or inform operational processes direction based on security and customer requirements.
  • Oversee service support processes to achieve consistent, high-quality delivery that is both effective and cost-efficient.
  • Partner closely with other security and cross functional stakeholders, including IT and Application teams to ensure alignment between security controls framework, deployed technologies, and desired vs. achieved outcomes.
  • Lead ongoing improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing end-user experience, maximizing technology value, and strengthening security measures.
  • Provide high-quality training, management, and mentorship for the IAM team members located across various geographies.
  • Develop performance, KPI and KRI metrics in support of IAM and Cybersecurity services.
  • Analyze data and identify support trends and trigger opportunities to drive reliable support and business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Cybersecurity or Computer Information Systems.

Must Have:

  • 8+ years of cybersecurity experience including 5+ years’ experience leading a team.
  • 4+ years of experience designing, developing and supporting IAM systems.
  • Proactive, analytical mindset with a strong focus on risk management, adaptability, ethical integrity, continuous learning, and tactical vision.  
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment across multiple geographies.
  • Proven success in leading and managing high-performing IAM teams, including but not limited to a history of recruiting and motivating talented and diverse staff, training, coaching, team building and day-to-day oversight.
  • Foundational working knowledge of cloud IAM tools and services provided by major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Broad understanding of the IAM cybersecurity landscape including identity stores, authentication, authorization, and privileged access management capabilities and methodologie.s
  • Experience in maintaining and monitoring of IAM functions and processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with abilities to clearly convey information to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Must be able to communicate technical details in a clear, concise, understandable manner. 
  • Experience building positive relationships with a diverse range of leadership and business partners.
  • Strong comfort level with emerging technologies and keenness to prototype new ways to getting results on a global scale.
  • Professional certification such as  Certified information systems security professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
