About The Role:cyDaptiv Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Cyber Security Engineer to support critical Federal and DoD cybersecurity initiatives. The CSE will leverage expertise in RMF and A&A processes to safeguard mission-critical systems. Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) for Information Technology systems, ensuring compliance with DoDI 8510.01. 
• Utilize DoD approved tool such as ACAS/Nessus and SCAP to perform comprehensive security assessments. 
• Prepare systems for Command Cyber Readiness Inspections (CCRIs), developing remediation strategies and briefing leadership.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders at all levels, providing strategic cybersecurity guidance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or Engineering (preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in DoD RMF, Computer Network Defense (CND) or Information Assurance, and technical controls implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for providing IA/cybersecurity guidance to project stakeholders.

Professional Certifications:

• DoD 8570.01-1M/DoDD 8140 requirements for IAM Level III.

Security Clearance:

• Active Top-Secret clearance required.
