What you will do:

  • Develop comprehensive IAM architecture and solutions that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Design and implement identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access review
  • Provide IAM guidance and best practices to other internal teams
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems, applications, and third-party services
  • Ensure seamless interoperability between IAM platforms and other security technologies
  • Establish and maintain identity governance frameworks, including role-based access control (RBAC) and entitlement management
  • Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Provide expertise and guidance to internal teams on IAM best practices, security policies, and compliance requirements
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance organizational awareness of IAM principles
  • Collaborate with the incident response team to investigate and mitigate security incidents related to identity and access management
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues in a timely and efficient manner

 

What you will bring:
•    Bachelor's degree or college diploma (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
•    Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) are a bonus
•    6-8 years of experience as an IAM architect in a large and complex organizational environment
•    In-depth knowledge of IAM technologies, including identity providers, directories, authentication protocols, and authorization mechanisms
•    Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, such as SoX, CCPA, CPPA, HIPAA, and other data protection laws
•    Understanding of basic enterprise project management fundamentals
•    Ability to work as part of a larger global team while self-managing local workloads and priorities
•    Proven experience working with agile software development teams
•    Proven analytical and leadership skills in projects delivering IT-based business solutions
•    Proven ability to support the team and help where/when needed— a hands-on approach
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
•    The candidate must be able to read situational context and lead Digital Identity Architecture conversations with multiple stakeholder types
•    Strong facilitation and presentation capabilities combined with consensus-building skills
•    Experience with the following tools: 

  • SailPoint IdentityIQ (required)
  • CyberArk (required)
  • PowerShell (required)
  • Active Directory (required)
  • Entra (required)
  • PowerBI (beneficial)
  • Splunk (beneficial)
  • ServiceNow (beneficial)
  • Illumio (beneficial)
  • Demonstrated ability to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the field of IAM

 

Compensation & Benefits: 

 

Salary range $106,800 - $146,850. This range is estimated for Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

 

We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week. In addition, we have a retirement program that encourages our employees to save for the longer term, with generous matching employer contributions.  Our benefit package also demonstrates our culture of care with paid vacation, sick days and holidays as well as paid personal and maternity/parental leaves and an Employee and Family Assistance Program.  Details of the benefits package will be shared in the application process.   

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.  Details will be discussed through the application process.
