Security Consultant - Infrastructure Security

Your Role and Responsibilities

Security Consultant with experience in:
• Administration of Next Generation Firewall platforms
• Administration of Network IPS platforms
• Management of configuration changes for Rules, routes, S2S and C2S VPNs, IPS/IDS, AntiBot, etc.
• Management of configuration changes and fine-tuning of IPS policies, Antimalware, analytics, etc.
• Advisor on network security, configurations and use of secure protocols
• Platform maintenance (version updates, patch installation, rule optimization, etc.)
• Support in security investigations.
• Attention to security and infrastructure incidents
• Attention to configuration requirements

Responsible for conducting security review and design activities on client networks

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• • Experience in administration, support and/or implementation of PaloAlto and CISCO Firepower firewalls
  • Experience in administration, support and/or implementation of CISCO Firepower IPS
  • Knowledge of network security (IPS, AntiBot, AntiSpyware, etc.)
  • Knowledge of UNIX
  • Knowledge of the OSI Model
  • Knowledge of Cloud security (GCP, AWS)
  • Use of traffic analysis tools

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Knowledge of Palo Alto and CISCO technologies
• Palo Alto PCNSA, Securing Networks with Cisco Firepower and/or CISCO CCNP Security Certification
• Knowledge of cloud environments and security technologies
• Experience in cloud platform management
