Job Description

The Pentest Service Delivery Officer ensures the running of the ongoing pentests campaign. And performs a reporting of audits and reports to the top management.      

  • Support the formalization of an annual pentesting roadmap and perform global follow-up on ongoing penetration tests.
  • Ensure the validation of the pentesting roadmap through stakeholder engagement and coordinate the execution of penetration tests.
  • Communicate the availability and capacity of the internal pentesting team to conduct tests across entities, and gather feedback from Ethical Hacking Specialists to formalize reports for management, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for ad-hoc pentesting requests, formalize weekly reports on ongoing tests for relevant stakeholders, and provide updates on progress and any obstacles in action plans to senior management.
  • Identify regulatory requirements that may necessitate pentests from different entities, report alerts when needed, and consolidate all findings and recommendations from completed pentests in a centralized tracker.

 

Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
  • JIRA or similar tool
  • Structure and conduct an internal audit
  • Cybersecurity (general knowledge of cybersecurity risks, frameworks, and requirements)
  • Regulatory (general knowledge of IT and cybersecurity regulatory frameworks)
  • IT knowledge (global understanding of IT, its major processes, assets, and solutions)
  • Good level of English
