Position Overview

In this role, the engineer will be instrumental in deploying, managing, and optimizing Zscaler's suite of security solutions to fortify our enterprise clients' defenses

• Implement, configure, and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions for enterprise clients
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and security issues related to Zscaler services
  
• Conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and corporate policies
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Zscaler services with existing infrastructure
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Zscaler products and services to recommend upgrades and enhancements
  
• Provide training and support to IT teams and end-users for best practices on Zscaler platforms
  
• Develop documentation on configuration, troubleshooting procedures, and operational guidelines
  
• Participate in emergency response teams to handle security incidents and provide post-mortem analysis
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Zscaler Engineer or in a similar role within cloud security
  
• Strong foundation in network security principles, including Zero Trust architecture
  
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while maintaining communication and upholding collaborative team dynamics
  
• Proficient in creating and managing security policies and protocols
  
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
