ZeroFox, the leader in external cybersecurity, exposes, disrupts, and responds to threats outside the perimeter.As a Product Manager specializing in cybersecurity within the B2B software sector, you will play a pivotal role in defining the vision, roadmap, and execution of our cybersecurity product offerings. Leveraging your expertise in cybersecurity concepts and technologies, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions that address the unique needs of our customers and differentiate us in the market.
Role and responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our cybersecurity product portfolio, aligning with the company's overall objectives and market trends
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify key market needs, emerging trends, and growth opportunities in the cybersecurity landscape
- Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize and drive the development of new features, enhancements, and product capabilities that deliver maximum value to our customers
- Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and technical feasibility
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and collateral that drive product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, customers, and partners on all matters related to the cybersecurity product portfolio, providing timely updates, insights, and guidance
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), usage metrics, and customer feedback to measure the success and impact of our products, iterating and optimizing based on data-driven insights
- Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats, industry trends, and regulatory requirements, integrating relevant advancements into our product roadmap and strategy
- Support sales and marketing efforts through participation in customer meetings, product demonstrations, webinars, and industry events, showcasing our cybersecurity solutions and thought leadership
- Collaborate with strategic partners, technology vendors, and industry associations to enhance the value proposition of our cybersecurity products and drive ecosystem integration
Required qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field
- Experience in product management roles, focusing on B2B software products, preferably in the cybersecurity domain, typically obtained in 4-6 years
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and best practices, with knowledge of threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management
- Proven track record of successfully leading the development and launch of software products, from conception to market adoption, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate market insights and customer needs into actionable product strategies and initiatives
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership
Desired qualifications and skills
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar

- This position may entail up to 5% travel
- This role is based out of our office in Baltimore, MD (hybrid)
- This role requires occasional work on nights and weekends as needed.
