Cyber Risk Manager
Tokio Marine HCC, a global power in the specialty insurance industry, is seeking a highly proficient Cyber Risk Manager. Reporting to the Director, Cyber Threat Intelligence, the Cyber Risk Manager is part of the Cyber Underwriting team and works closely with Underwriting, Claims and Incident Response in the development and delivery of cyber risk advisory and prevention services to insureds.

About the role:
The Cyber Risk Manager is responsible for creating a cyber risk management program that serves thousands of insureds.
Key Responsibilities
Development and implementation of custom risk management strategies to mitigate insured’s cyber risk
Performance of on-demand risk assessments and IT security audits for insureds and reporting on security controls.
Compliance advisory within data privacy regulations and IT security industry standards.
Guidance on the development of incident response plans.
Leading tabletop exercises for insureds and assistance with custom cybersecurity training and phishing simulations.
Collaboration with internal and external partners to create and implement new risk management services and products to be offered on the customer portal.
Contribution to the promotion of a security culture across our portfolio of insureds by writing best practice articles.
Position Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements
4 Years in risk management or GRC (Government Risk Compliance) experience
Strong customer-facing experience must have a strong understanding of client relations.
Travel Requirements
Regular travel (up to 10% of time)
